The performance of the cooling device corresponding to the UV curing device must also meet the requirements.
The better the performance, the less heat the substrate receives, the less deformation, and the better for printing and registration.
2. Replace ink rollers and rubber blankets
UV Offset inks, due to their strong corrosiveness, may cause ordinary printing rollers and rubber blankets to expand, affecting the stability of printing pressure, and in severe cases, causing peeling or surface cracking. Therefore, UV offset printing has extremely high requirements for rollers and rubber blankets, and the selection of ink rollers and rubber blankets must be compatible with UV offset inks.
Precautions are as follows:
1) Ink rollers
Ink rollers need to be replaced with UV special-purpose or dual-purpose ones. Usually, we choose EPDM rubber or silicone rubber rollers with a hardness * above ④ 0 °C.
2) Rubber blankets
Rubber blankets need to be replaced with UV special-purpose or dual-purpose ones.
The following two types of rubber blankets can be selected.
