The construction of intelligent printing and packaging is a long-term process that needs to be promoted step by step. Based on the experience of Lihua Printing's promotion of intelligent construction in recent years, a relatively mature intelligent factory (or production method) should include multiple application systems, such as product design standardization control system, production technology parameter standardization control system, production data automatic acquisition system, real-time quality monitoring system throughout the process, automatic order distribution and tracking system, automatic production planning system, automatic warehouse and logistics system, and automated office system, etc. Combining the actual situation of industry development and the intelligent construction work currently being undertaken, Lihua Printing believes that for the printing and packaging industry to achieve a basic form of intelligence, it should have a certain information foundation and necessary basic subsystems.
Having these basic systems does not make a mature intelligent factory. Because the existing subsystems are to varying degrees independent of each other, have large differences, and data cannot or has not been uniformly integrated. Therefore, optimizing and integrating various subsystems and achieving seamless data exchange and docking is an indispensable important link in intelligent construction; otherwise, it can only be the intelligence of a certain operation or a certain link, not the intelligence of the entire factory management. Due to the relatively weak technical strength of the printing and packaging industry, it is difficult to complete system integration and upgrading independently. It is necessary to use external technical forces such as computer networks, communications, and modern technology, combined with the unique technology, characteristics, and experience of the printing and packaging industry to complete it together.
Regarding the intelligent construction of the printing and packaging industry, there is currently no relatively mature ready-made experience at home and abroad to learn from. We need to explore and promote it during the construction process. Lihua Printing believes that the informationization and intelligent construction of the printing and packaging industry is a systematic project that requires unified planning, centralized deployment, and phased promotion to improve the rationality of the project, fully mobilize and utilize resources, utilize computer software, hardware, and network environments, realize digital product manufacturing, improve product manufacturing capabilities, shorten product manufacturing cycles, reduce manufacturing costs, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises and achieving maximum efficiency.
