Regular inspection and maintenance, also known as periodic maintenance, of intaglio UV equipment is a maintenance measure carried out according to a plan, primarily by operators and assisted by equipment maintenance personnel. The main contents include:
(1) Maintain easily worn parts of the equipment, focusing on disassembling and inspecting key parts;
(2) Thoroughly clean the exterior and interior, and clear oil, water, gas, and glue lines;
(3) Clean and replace oil felt, oil lines, oil filters, water pipes, gas pipes, and glue lines;
(4) Adjust the gaps between various parts;
(5) Tighten all parts;
(6) Electrical maintenance is handled by electricians.
Maintenance requirements: To extend the service life of the machine, ensure normal operation, and guarantee product processing quality.
Maintenance personnel and operators should cooperate and do the following:
1. Before each startup, thoroughly check the equipment for any abnormalities. If any abnormalities are found, contact the maintenance personnel to resolve them before operating.
2. Run continuously for half an hour after startup, observing whether all instruments and indicator lights are normal and there are no unusual sounds. If any abnormalities are found, check immediately.
3. After operation, promptly clean and check the machine for any residual dirt. Do not use water to wash the machine body or the work area to prevent electrical components from getting damp, causing damage, or electric shock accidents.
4. Intaglio UV equipment has a high-voltage constant current device. Operators must wear insulated shoes or place insulated boards on the ground during operation to prevent accidents.
5. Clean the panel at least once a month and check if any screws are loose.
6. Conduct a major overhaul at least once a year, disassembling all transmission components, thoroughly cleaning them, and re-applying lubricant. When assembling transmission components, ensure that the rotating parts maintain lubricated contact.
