Considering that membrane materials may provide more environmentally friendly products for food packaging and medical packaging in the future, and also provide products that fill the domestic gap for flexible solar energy packaging and electronic material packaging, the company has also undertaken some projects on high-barrier membrane materials, and the projects are currently proceeding in an orderly manner.
Regarding green metal packaging, Lekai Huaguang held an expert review meeting and product launch conference for the "Huaguang Green Metal Printing Overall Solution" on December 8. Tin printing is an important link in the metal printing industry chain - whether it is cans, paint buckets, or those exquisite metal gift boxes, from metal materials to finished products, tin printing technology is crucial. For the metal tin printing industry, UV metal inks were introduced many years ago, but this only solved 50% of the environmental problems, because even with UV metal inks, a coating must still be applied to the entire metal plate before printing, which is quite polluting. Based on this, Lekai Huaguang, together with several companies in the industry, jointly developed and launched the Huaguang Green Metal Printing Overall Solution, which, while meeting the performance requirements of the product, also has significant advantages such as high production efficiency, low energy consumption, and no solvent emissions. It is hoped that this technology can solve the environmental bottleneck problems in the metal printing industry.
